3. Parts insulation test: 1800V 1mA AC, lasting for 1s without breakdown

6. The hardness of copper ring is hv110-140, and the tensile strength is not less than 315mpa (GB / T 1527-1997)
7. The heat resistance of the component?is 200℃, in which it cannot deform for two hours. The lead wire and copper ring are well connected, and they can work normally under – 40℃;
8. The lead wire and copper ring are welded by ultrasonic?method, and the pull-out force of the lead wire is greater than 120N
